I dream of the day that we will be completely out of debt. Of course, at one point that was a reality…however, we’ve turned the corner and we’re back to owing the bank.
In the end I hope it’s all going to be worth it!
We do pretty well with our debt and are able to pay it off in a timely fashion - plus, we have excellent credit. We have a friend who had to get an IVA. That stands for Individual Voluntary Arrangement. She decided that she needed help with her debt and went to a company that helped with the payments.
We’ve also had other friends who have done a consolidation loan for their debt. Since their debt APRs were out the roof they came out much better with a low interest loan.
Debt management can be a hard thing to do. Especially when you’re so buried and don’t know where to start. Thriftyscot.co.uk can help get you back on track and on the way to financial independence!

I’m so glad that we were able to close our loan before all of the rates went through the roof. Literally, we closed on a Monday and the rates went up that Friday! We looked everywhere for Cheap loans and were shocked to see that our local credit union could offer us a really good deal.
One of our friends that owns a house is currently in the market for a new house loan. She bought her house under a 5-1 ARM and now it’s the end of five years.
She has pretty good credit so she won’t have to apply for secured loans. However, with the market going up and down I think it’d probably be in her best interest to sign up sooner than later for a low rate interest loan.
We could have gone the route of looking at personal loans but really couldn’t find anything lower than 7%.
When we were looking for our loan we looked everywhere, locally, online, and even at foreign loans. One website that seems to provide good information is: http://www.ukpersonalloanstore.co.uk.

We have a friend who is in a situation of buying a house about five years ago and locking into a really good 5-1 adjustable rate loan. Now that her five years is up — she’s in a lot of trouble because the rates have skyrocketed.
Our friend has relatively good credit and so she won’t have to look at secured loans. However, she does have some debt and it might be in her best interest to consider debt consolidation or even low rate personal loans.
LoanSubmit.co.uk is a great website to find financial information but also helpful information on loans, debt consolidation and loans.

Over the past few months Margot’s work has switched from getting paid weekly to bi-weekly. It was hard at first getting things set financially but after a while I think we’ve gotten used to it.
For some people getting used to the transition might have been a little bit harder and some might have even needed to resort to payday loans.

We were able to get our loan at the perfect time! We got a flier in the mail and it stated that the rate went up another .5% from what we got our loan!
Loans in the past have been pretty easy to get for most people. In fact, even people that have bad credit can apply for secured loans.
If you are looking for personal loans there are many different options to look at. Make sure you look at all of the terms and conditions of the loan and pick the one that will be right for you and your situation.
