When I started my business I did the not so smart thing of using my cell phone as my business contact phone. Little did I realize that there would be times when my phone battery would be dead or the phone would be out of commission and I would receive calls.
I also didn’t realize how much families in need talk and how many minutes would be used with potential clients! I think a Business voIP would make a lot of sense for my current situation. Many times when people start small businesses they hope and pray they have the funds to get started. We’ve noticed restaurants in our area and can always predict their future by how much money the initially put into getting the place up and running.

A few years back when Shawna started her business we decided to build a whole marketing theme. We devised a catchy phrase, logo, and even made a brochure.
We went through an online website for the Brochure Printing and were so impressed at the quality and price they were able to offer. Of course, when we went to get a second batch we realized that they had almost doubled their prices and they didn’t have our old brochure on file.
What a pain…especially, since we had spent hours designing the brochure and saving it to their website. It’s really hard to find a place that does 4 color Brochure Printing. Locally, they want to charge an arm and a leg and we really couldn’t afford to have it printed.

A few years back when I was in college I was an accountant for a company that sold Point of Sale machines and their software. I couldn’t believe how much they cost and how much corporations and businesses would spend just so that they could operate.
Then there was the monthly licensing fees that also cost an arm and a leg!
The way to go is with a used point of sale system. You get all of the features of a system but without the cost of it being new. Typically, the hardware comes out with new models each year and there are many companies that go through equipment just to have the newest thing.
Therefore, many times a lot of good and used equipment gets traded back. Ibm pos equipment seems to be pretty popular because of the dependability of IBM. You can always get tech support and many times you can still find the hardware for the older IBM products.
Fujitsu Point of Sale equipment are also notorious for quality machines that will last forever!
Why buy new when you can get the exact same machine used for a fraction of the cost?
