Right now we have a few inches of snow on the ground. And we’re getting some of the fluffy stuff now. Margot is traveling for work and she took the van. More than likely we’re going to have to make the investment in some snow tires for the other car though. It skids through intersections and really feels unsafe when traveling - especially when I have the kids in the car.
I just wish that everything wasn’t so expensive. To put snow tires on the car the cost is around $400. I found some on craigslist and I’m going to go check them out over the next few days.

Last night I was reading about the apidexin scam. There’s always something out there and half of the time when I read or hear something I always like to research it further to find out if it’s just a rumor or hoax.
I must say that in the past I’ve had very good luck with weight loss medication and so I’m probably the biggest cheerleader for them. HOwever, I think everyone should check with their medical provider first before trying any medication - even if it’s over the counter.

We’re looking for good destinations for winter break. I”ve been scoping out online flights and hotels and it seems like for the week we’re going to be off that there’s absolutely nothing available or they want triple the cost. UGH.
THe good thing is Margot has the time off and so worse comes to worse we could just do a last minute trip if we get a good deal.

has gone by and I still have about 50 pounds that I want to lose! I could blame it on the pregnancy but that was 2 1/2 years ago and I think that excuse is getting old.
I should read up on how to get rid of stomach fat because it seems like that’s where the majority of my fat is located. THe scary thing about that is that if you have the tummy fat you are more likely to get diabetes.

Well, I’m 34 today. Graem has a mild concussion and I took her to the doctor yesterday. This morning she was complaining again that her head hurts so she’s off for another day.
We’re just going to hang out on the couch, watch bad kid television and maybe even squeeze in a nap later today.
Margot has a late meeting and so she’ll stop by for dinner tonight and then she’s off from 6pm-8pm. I plan on getting the kiddos nice and cozy in the bed and finishing off the night with AMERICAN IDOL.
I know I swore from last year’s results that I’d never watch the show again…but I think I’m addicted.
