The Brain Drain guys just left a few minutes ago.
To say the least…I’m so friggin ready to move out of this place. Last week we had shit coming out of pipes in the basement and it was a total mess.
We called the Brain Drain out and they found more friggin baby wipes. ?!? Don’t know where in the hell these came from considering we have never used them and god knows everyone that walks in the house is given the riot act on putting stuff down our toilets.
Then the same thing started happening last night. I got into it with the Brain Drain owner who is a complete asshole. He agreed to come out this morning and fix it. They pulled out plastic wrap.
The same plastic wrap that Margot had put over the toilet while renovating. I guess it had gone in the pipe.
He still thinks there’s something in the drain that is causing it to back up and says that it’ll be another $175 in order to use a camera etc.
UGH. Tomorrow I have a plumber coming out and he’s going to actually give me a quote on how much it will cost to put new piping in so that we don’t have to deal with these stupid 90 degree angles that keep trapping all of the stuff in.

This year I am too late to sign up for Swimmin’ women. It’s a charity for the local hospicare. The women start on one end of the lake and swim over to the other side. It seems like a nice swim and although I wouldn’t do it to win awards I think it would be something that I could train for and eventually be able to finish.
Over the next few months I’m going to look into natural fat burner pills and some exercise. I know that my time is limited and Ithaca winters are pretty brutal when it comes to losing weight.

We just finished Alice in Wonderland. I was scared that it might be a little too scary for Graem but it was really really good. Just a few scary parts and even through them Graem realizes that it’s just pretend.
Next movie today is “Tooth Fairy”. It actually got decent reviews and it was one of the only kid’s movies at the REd Box. Can you believe that we live in a town that doesn’t have ONE movie store? We used to have two Hollywood video stores and both shut down!

These past few weeks our family has been going through at least one watermelon a week! On really hot days it is the one thing that tastes wonderful and rehydrates us!
Despite our best efforts and even trying to cut down on fat and sugar intake…we’re still maintaining our fat.
I think I might look at apidexin reviews. I’ve heard that these magical pills can work wonders.

We just moved upstairs after camping out in the basement for a week. It was the coolest place in the house and since our windows are awning windows and can’t support window a/c units - when it’s hot outside - we’re miserable.
It was fun last week having all kids and mamas in the basement. Emmy kept us up way beyond our usual bedtime and the kid would not stop bouncing and asking her favorite question “WHY?”
