toys!
When Graem pulled out her first tooth I promised her a Nintendo DS Lite if she gets the other tooth next to it out. I ended up getting a killer deal online and was very happy that it arrived safely the other day.
Today I went into their playroom and realized that my kids have way too many toys. They don’t even play with 99% of them. Perhaps it’s the fact that they get overwhelmed or maybe it’s just because they have so many options they can’t make up their mind!
For Christmas maybe we’ll just go on a nice family vacation and call it a day.

It started Tuesday when we got home from softball. BOth kids were complaining of headaches and sure enough they both had 103 and 104 degree fevers. As much as I wanted this to go fast … it lingered. By Friday morning I was ready to pull my hair out so I called the doctor’s office and made an appointment.
The pediatrician said what I knew she would “It’s a virus. It will run it’s course.” She did say that if Emmy stops having wet diapers and eating and drinking that we’d have to take her to the hospital and have them give her fluids.
Right after that appointment we made sure to keep both kids hydrated and by Saturday morning they were doing good with no fevers.

Margot and I have been together 14 years. We have an anniversary coming up in August and typically we don’t do anything to celebrate because we don’t really have a “date” per se.
So, we’re thinking that maybe we can do a night away. Without kids.
I’ve been looking at rings and I think the way to go is to look at loose diamonds. You can pick the perfect diamond and then put them into the band of your dreams. Not to mention, it seems like the best deal!

This week Margot’s taking off of work. A little bit.
It’s Sunday night and she just left to pick up some papers and drop off some work. She’s taking kids Monday and Tuesday and I’m going to put in my hours for my new job.
Wednesday she has a meeting in Rochester and we’re going to meet her up there and go to the Seabreeze water park. Here’s hoping it’s not too stressful to get everyone packed in the car and there. Not to mention, I hope the weather cooperates!
Then Thursday Margot has another work meeting in the morning and I might have to work in the afternoon. If I don’t then we’re heading out to Philly for the weekend.
Every year my IVF/Infertility friends get together in Philly. It’s an awesome time for us girls to see each other and the families after we’ve all been through so much to create them!
Hopefully, somewhere in there we’ll be able to get some rest and relaxation. I downloaded a book on my Kindle tonight and hopefully I can get some reading in.

Since I have started my part-time job I have to use tons of paper and print up reports on a nightly basis. Of course, that typically means that the printer is always going and sometimes for hours at a time.
We looked into getting a new printer but the price of printer cartridges is so expensive! It was going to cost around ten cents per page just to print! Since I typically need about 40 sheets printed a day this could have added up really fast.
I ended up getting my printer ink cartridges locally and it was a fortune!
My friend actually purchases cartidge refills from printer-cartridges.com. She gets an amazing deal and they ship directly to her house. Not to mention, they offer a wide selection.
I even went on to their website and even though my printer is 12 years old I was able to find the HP 23 and 45! Not even the big box stores carried these!
The website is easy to use and you can look around, shop, and find the perfect cartridge within minutes. Then with a click of a button you can pay and it will be delivered directly!
There is really no need to buy cartridges locally when you can hop online at printer-cartridges.com and save money!
