Work your body!
I have really been trying to watch my weight. Instead of doing sugary or high fat foods I have stocked the kitchen and fridge with fruits and vegetables. Watermelon has been my best friend because it’s not only thirst quenching but it is also sweet.
The problem is after I eat it - 10 minutes later I am hungry again!
Of course, there are two parts to weight loss. One is eating better/less and the other is moving your body!
I am playing softball every Tuesday and Thursday but the other five days a week I really do not feel like I do much.
