At least that’s where we are at today.
I’ve been holding back getting an electric blanket because I’ve heard that they can cause damage to your reproductive organs and God knows I don’t need any help in that department.
Now that we’re done….I’m thinking about buying an electric blanket and getting nice and toasty!

Really, what were we thinking getting a stainless steel fridge? With kids?
The delivery guys just left the house and we’re full of new appliances and I’m in heaven. Of course, the new stove and dishwasher are sitting the garage.
At least I know help is on the way with the dishes! My hands feel like sandpaper.

No longer are the days of a carport, folks. We’re moving up.
We have a garage! What would be really nice is a shed further back on the property where we could put our lawn mower and all of our gardening tools.
Of course it would make sense to look into metal buildings. Not only are they durable but they will last a lifetime and add value to our house.

Each night we go into the bedroom and within fifteen minutes I’m dead asleep. It could be the half a bottle of Nyquil that I’ve been taking or the fact that I’m so exhausted!
Between taking care of Emmy, running Graem around town, painting each day, and cleaning the house — I’m whipped!
I can’t imagine how all of these things are going to get done when I go back to work. Maybe we’ll just have to hire a nanny, housecleaner, cook, lawnboy, and painter.
Hmmm… I’m not sure we’d actually come ahead!

We’re trying to eat a little bit better. The past month we’ve been living out of boxes and we’ve had way too much microwaved food!
Of course, since we don’t have a microwave we have been going back to basics. But it’s hard to cook a fast, nutritious meal and have it on the table by 5:30pm when our kids are starving!
We could just stick with whey protein powder and bread alone.
That might actually help with my diet!
