Margot and I are trying to figure out what parts of the house to start working on first. We’re really excited about making this house “our” house and putting our decorative touch on things.

We’ve priced out granite countertops and they were quite a bit less than we thought they’d be. We’re going to get an undermount stainless steel kitchen sink. We figure it adds to the clean look and in the end we don’t want to have to clean the lip of the sink and deal with all of the gross stuff that gets caught between the cracks!
