I must say that since the banks got busted with giving out faulty loans - it’s so hard to get financed! Even for the two of us who have perfect credit and tons of equity in our existing house.

We were thinking about getting a bridge loan but told by the loan officer that banks stopped doing those because they were too high risk - even for the people with top credit scores.
