When I found out I was having another girl…I must admit, I was a little disappointed. That lasted seconds and very honestly the only thing I cared for was a healthy baby and the fact that I WAS PREGNANT!
Now, I see my two girls play with each other and interact and I’m so happy that I have two perfect little girls. I can’t imagine it any other way and I’m so glad that they’re able to have such a close bond.
Of course, I wish I was talking about my body.
But I’m not.
I’m talking about my hair! It’s never been thick. However, it’s grown and I’ve needed haircuts every 6 weeks or so. It’s been over 10 months since I cut my hair and I think it’s probably grown about half an inch.
What’s worse is that it’s thinning! I think I might start looking for a good hair loss shampoo that doesn’t smell too bad!
I remember my dad trying every single hair loss shampoo on the market when I was a kid! Hopefully, it won’t be that bad and over the years they’ve gotten better!
So I know I’ve written (read: bitched) about local places before on this website. My last negative experience was with the Heating and Plumbing place that tried to authorize and extra $86.00 on my credit card only to be DENIED! Bitches.
Now I have a major kudos to a local business. Snug Planet. They did all of our windows, insulation, and poop fan in the bathroom. There was a question that the new owners of our house had about some of the basement ventilation. They talked to Snug Planet on the phone.
In the end I ended up talking to Snug Planet and since the time they did all of the work new technology has come out. So to make us happy and repeat customers the owner offered to come out to our house (FREE OF CHARGE) and install a new vent that will help the basement air flow so that we don’t have to keep the basement window open.
Now how cool is that?
Tomorrow I get directions for my surgery Tuesday.
I’m not scared at all and to be honest I’m somewhat looking forward to going under. I sleep so good and I could see how Michael Jackson could get hooked on those delicious drugs!
Of course, tomorrow night I’m going to have to look at colon cleansing reviews! I’m not suppose to eat within 8 or 12 hours of the surgery and I want to have an empty stomach and bowel for the surgery!
Tonight I’m on the laptop hanging out in bed and blogging and Margot’s working next to me!
We have the kids in their own beds and in the background we’re watching Extreme Home Makerover and then Desperate Housewives.
Could life get any better?
Only if we had an icy cold beer on the nightstand!
