Ever since I’ve been young I’ve had a teeth grinding problem. Over the past five years or so I’ve used a mouth guard that my doctor made for me. It cost around $125.
Just a few months back I went to get a new mouthguard and it was so thick that I kept gagging and so I went back to using my old mouthguard.
I was very happy when Dentek asked me to review their new dental mouth guard and they sent me one in the mail.
The mouthguard was easy to fit, just boil water, dip in, and put in your mouth for a while. The thing I like about it most is that it goes back far enough to prevent grinding but not too far where you start gagging.

the days when I used to do tons of blogging for money.
I made tons of videos one year and let me tell you … I looked back and was so damn embarrassed! To say the least I have tried to delete them all off the internet and my computer!
Well, times are tough and Santa needs some money! SO….I’m going back to doing some fun blogging opps and please don’t laugh too hard.

I’m pretty sure that by the time we get old enough to retire there’s going to be absolutely nothing when it comes to social security or social security disability!
When I was working I saved quite a bit towards my 401K but over the years we’ve dipped into it to pay for fertility and medical bills. It’s not such a bad scenario because we pulled a good portion of it out before the stock market took a dump.
Now we’re trying to rebuild while stocks are low and we can get some good deals. Maybe at some point we won’t have to invest an arm and leg into our health insurance coverage and that money can go towards our retirement too.

This has been one heck of a year. Overall, we really can’t complain. We’re all healthy, happy, and have each other.
This Thanksgiving we’re spending with our friend, Cheri, and her daughter, Ashlyn.
There is a big part of me that is sad that we don’t have more family around for the holidays. But at this point we figure we are *our* own family and it’s nice to have a family of four.

Since we left for Los Angeles I have lost around fifteen pounds!
For some reason my stomach feels uneasy and I haven’t been able to eat all of the food that I once could. I have been shying away from spicy food and even non-spicy food makes my belly hurt.
This isn’t the idea diet and I know that I’m going to have to work super hard to keep the weight off. However, after looking into weight loss supplements I might just work use exercise and willpower to lose these unwanted pounds!
