to my favorite cousin, Kerry, and her husband Josh. Last night they welcomed another little boy - Beckett to their handsome brood! They already have an adorable little boy, Braxton.

Snow tires, here we come!
A few weeks ago when we had that horrible snow storm our minivan got STUCK. I’m talking seriously stuck. We tried getting Grammy at school and while we tried to go up the hill all we could do was skid all over the place without going up!
After a while we gave up and parked the car. Only to find that we had been towed and had to pay $55.00.
Margot called on snow tires yesterday and we’re looking at a good $1,000 to put tires on the car. Augh.
Maybe we should check out tire chains. They’re much cheaper and when it’s not snowing we can take them off.

Emmy’s adoption
The adoption for Margot to be Emmy’s legal mommy was a few weeks ago and went off without a hitch. Emmy was her smiley self and the whole hearing took less than 10 minutes!
Emmy even got to slam the gavel!

Tonight we went to eat Chinese food and Emmy absolutely loved the noodles! We couldn’t get them to her fast enough and if we took more than two seconds to give her the next bite she’d start grunting.
She ended up eating SO much and between her and Grammy they finished off most of the dish of noodles. Eek…we’re a three platter family now!
