Last night went great. Emmy nursed like a champ and actually slept a good portion of the night on a full belly.

This morning she was seen by our pediatrician and we now have Emmy in our room with us without cords or monitors! It’s so nice to be able to finally bond and have a nursing in a private area.

Emmy’s doing so well and her levels are perfect - not to mention we’ve been able to see some of her personality shine through.

One word - temper!

I’m being discharged today but they are giving me a room to stay in with Emmy and she’ll be discharged tomorrow morning! I can’t wait to get home!!
