This morning I went for a chiro appointment and she’s so great. Last night I was having some pain between my shoulder blades and today Dr. Chiro was able to pop me back to normal. I swore I’d never be into the popping and still the thought grosses me out…but…it’s so refreshing and I feel so much better afterwards.
Plus, I think it helps that this lady specializes in pregnant women so she doesn’t do big and dramatic pops…instead she keeps it pretty simple and gives a nice massage afterwards.

One of our best friend’s sister’s is a student at the local community college. In the past she’s gone to art school and does a great job with design and graphic design in particular.
I really think she should enter the Christmas Cards Scholarship Contest. It’s eligible to kids going to college or planning on going to college. The whole idea is that they design a Christmas card and the one that wins gets $10,000 to go towards their college education.
This could really do wonders for our friend and her family! Especially since she’s looking to move to Cornell in the spring.
I know each year we are always impressed at the companies that send ups corporate Christmas cards. It lets us know that they are more than just a corporation and that at least they take the time and spend the money to spread a little holiday cheer!
GalleryCollection.com offers a great selection of professional and personal business Christmas cards. Whether you own a small business or larger business - it’s important to keep in front of the public eye.
What better way to have “top of mind awareness” and also spread the holiday cheer than from a great Christmas card!

Last night I had some pretty hot mexican salsa and chips. It was great going down and then a few hours later it came back up along with my delcious Chinese stir-fry that Margot made last night.
I also had a pretty bad case of diarrhea this morning and attributed it to the little guy not caring for the spicy food.
I decided to take it easy for lunch today and I got the mild chicken red curry with rice. Sure enough, after the meal I was running to the bathroom - and it was coming out both ends.
I can’t believe I have a child in me that can’t tolerate the heat!
How could this have happened? Maybe they switched embryos on me!

Since my expertise in the business world has dealt much with marketing and sales I’m always interested to find great blogs and information about current marketing tips and trends.
One of the newest websites to hit the world wide web is iCrossing’s Great Finds! The website is easy to follow and you can actually get an idea of the marketing trends from future and past years.
Right now they are focusing on the Dallas Cowboys and how they are trying to buy an online site. However, they keep going back and forth with the company selling it! It looks like at one point they might have come up with a good bid and it was about to be accepted and now the deal has fallen through.
I’m sure this type of thing happens all of the time. However, a website means everything in today’s world. If you have a horrible website or URL for your organization or business more than likely you won’t get the traffic that you want or need to promote your business.
All in all, they are talking about pennies and more than likely they probably should have offered more because with the Dallas Cowboys having a chance at the superbowl this year they probably could have gotten some good advertisers to sponsor the website and make up the cost lost on spending over their initial budget.
Maybe they should just put me in charge of the negotiations. God knows, I’m a no B.S. type of person and just want to ge the job done!

Yesterday when I went to pick Grammy up I had to go to the gym. Since we’ve had horrible weather out the kids were inside the auditorium playing with balls and toys. One of Graem’s friend’s David went to get Grammy. Grammy was so happy to see me.
As we were leaving David saw that Grammy was about to walk out the door.
He ran up to her gave her a great big hug. Then he grabbed her face with both hands and gave her a kiss - smack dab on the lips!
I was in shock and of course cheered him on. It was the best kiss I’ve seen in years. Then the shock hit me that this kid just kissed my daughter!
I still think it was adorable and Graem seemed to like it too. Now she says her best friend is David because “Jack gets in trouble too much.”
