Wow….you’re old. I can’t believe you’re over thirty. At some point you’re going to be 35 and then 40. It’s a good thing you’ll always be older than me and I can always give you a hard time for it!
I hope you have a great birthday! Sushi tonight!! I guess I should pick up the tab?

I’m pretty excited to be leaving next week for San Francisco! I figure we’ll take it easy hang out with Alex and Dominic and just enjoy each other’s company.
Plus, it will also take my mind off of the fact that we’re pregnant. When we get back from San Francisco we are going to try to schedule our first ultrasound for that Tuesday morning.
When Margot was first pregnant with Grammy we went right to London after finding out. Maybe we should check out cheap flights to Turkey and go!
I’ve heard Turkey is a great place to visit and with HolidayHyperMarket.co.uk you can get some amazing deals and even leave last minute.
Now, we just have to find some vacation time for Margot!

I’m really excited that today’s my birthday–it means I get to have SUSHI. I would eat sushi every day if I could–I think Grammy would too! She claims that sushi is her favorite…but right now everything is her favorite: hot dogs, Indian food, pudding, candy, milk, carrots, etc.
I like the weird rolls that have surf clam or spicy something or other in them. I hope they have white tuna today–my dad’s been emailing about it and I’ve been craving it.
It’d be dangerous if we lived in the city… they deliver sushi.

The other night Graem and I were snacking on some croutons, and she asked, “Can I have some more futons?” It was funny, Shawna also accidentally referred to them as futons at the grocery earlier that day, but I don’t think Graem was around.
Last night we were playing Go Fish, and Graem was neatly stacking her cards (as I taught her) and said, “I’m making them nice and meat.”
We’ve made a joke of what she calls Blue’s Clues–she used to say Blue’s Plues–so now we make up all sorts of random rhymes, like Blue’s Schmooz, Plu-Plu, Flue Poo, etc.
On the way to the park yesterday, Bailey was whining in the car. Graem observed that Bailey was crying, and said that it was because she was so sad that Peanut died. I had to break it to her that Bailey was just crying because she wanted to get out of the car (in spite of the fact that we were going around 60–we don’t have the smartest dog).

Well, a while back one of our faithful readers asked to see a picture of the embryos that we placed back in. Of course, when the doctor was putting them in he said that we had 7 perfect embryos.
Just yesterday I wrote the embryologist who injected the eggs with sperm and did the grading and she told me that the embryos were of good and fair quality!
“As far as the embryos go, all 7 looked good. They were all given a score of
either 2 or 3 which is a score given to good and fair embryos. Three of the
seven had 4 cells, 2 of them had 6 cells and 2 of them had 8 cells. This is
perfectly normal for day 3 embryos.”
Here are pictures of the kids.

I have no idea which one or two might be the ones sticking around!
BTW, the one embryo that looks different from the others is a dud lesbian egg that rejected sperm and didn’t fertilize.
