Each year we notice that our home insurance and car insurance increase.    We’re not just talking about the annual 1.7% or the cost of living.   This past year the premiums went up about 5%.   Then all of a sudden we received this check in the mail and it stated they “overestimated” and we received “dividends.”

At this point we’re going to start looking at new policies.   We just feel if we really had a few hours to invest in it we could probably get a better deal than we’re currently getting on our different insurance policies.
