We have thought a few times about finding a new, bigger, and better house to move in.   However, the one thing that’s really holding us back is the fact that we have way too much stuff and we’re just too lazy to physiclally move it.

If we found the perfect new house to move into we’d have to factor in the cost of hiring movers because I’m not going through moving all of my stuff and having half of it get ripped, fall apart, or lost!

We have some local movers available, however, if we looked we might be able to find a company outside of Ithaca that could move us for less.  

The last time we moved we paid our movers in beer and pizza.   Just a little word — don’t give out beer *while* moving!
