So I got my period last night. It’s amazing how fast it starts after not taking the injections and suppositories. I stopped those Friday after I got the news that I wasn’t pregnant.
Today I call the fertility center and basically was told that they wanted to put me on Lupron for a few weeks. Basically the whole idea is so that they can buy a few weeks and then fit me into the schedule.
BULLSHIT!
We spent $20,000 and I’m not going to be oversuppressed on the meds and have that damage my lining and my egg quantity. I was told to call this afternoon after they go over the schedule but at this point I’m pretty pissed.
I think what’s happening is that they are taking on more patients than the doctor has time for and they’re manipulating everyone’s cycle in order to fit them into the doctor’s schedule.
If that’s going to be the case…give me my $20,000 back and we’ll call it a day.
This certainly doesn’t make me the nicest of people — especially since I’m in the middle of my period.

when we were staying in New York City I made the comment that the only way that I would live in New York City was if I could live in a nice place and have a driver. I figure the two things that I hate about the city - small living spaces and parking would be taken away!
I wish we would have known about this limousine service LaGuardia because we probably would have used it quite a bit during family reunion! Dennis, Margot, and myself ended up making many trips per day to both JFK and LaGuardia. Not only was the traffic a nightmare but it meant that we got to spend less time with family.
Now Dial7.com allows you to set up limousine service online! They transport just about anywhere in New York City.
I’m keeping this number for when we have our next family reunion in New York City!

Today we had one of the Freshetta - all wheat, square, deluxe pizzas. I figured the wheat would be better for us when I bought it at the grocery store and I didn’t think the taste would be affected that much.
Boy, was I wrong!
There’s never been a pizza I didn’t like - until today! The pizza was dry, tasteless, and lacked any substance! The cheese was barely sprinkled on the top of the pizza and there were like 5 pepperonis on the whole thing.
It’s a good thing the box has been recycled or else I’d be on the phone getting a free pizza coupon right now!

Right when we found out that we were pregnant with Graem we took a trip to London. We had a great time visiting Alex and Dominic and we did all of the tourist attractions.
Fortunately, we did not have to look into hotels in London since we stayed with Dominic.
Just the other day I spoke with Alex and Dominic has to go back to London over the next few days to finalize his VISA to the United States. Since he sold his flat he’ll more than likely be looking for a nice and cheap hotel in the area.
If you’re looking for hotels in Manchester or hotels in Birmingham you’ve got to check out the UK’s best hotel website!
CheaperThanHotels.co.uk offers some great offers on top notch hotels and you won’t believe what a great deal you will get. In many cases the prices beat what you would pay directly through the hotel.

Save your money for all of the great shopping in London! Don’t waste it on your hotel stay!
