If you’re looking to do some mortgage banking I encourage you to do your homework and shop around. One website that I found to be really helpful and offer some great articles is http://www.mortgagelowdown.com. I specifically like the article “Online Mortgages and How to get them.” It talks about the ins and outs of online banking.
The layout of the website seems very practical and easy to follow. I like the way they have the categories listed on one side of the site for easy viewing.
Also, the articles are really good and offer a lot of useful information.
Thank you, thank you, thank you for not having tons of advertising on these pages! So much content on websites is overshadowed by obnoxious advertising!

When our computer died (kid spilled water on it) we were so scared that we might have lost 2 1/2 years worth of photos. Thank God we were able to recover the hard drive and save the pictures.
From that experience we learned our lesson and purchased an external memory drive. Now of course we just have to worry if our house catches fire!

Well, it was bound to happen since I’ve been drinking tons of water and ice. I came down with a major case of the skids. The good thing is that I was easily able to get Cipro!! Over the counter, nonetheless!
Within 6 hours I was already starting to feel better and the stomach cramping and poopers were gone.
It’s a miracle.
