Ever heard of Talking Books?   That’s what our friendly Brits call audio books!   SimplyAudioBooks offers a great service and supplies it’s customers with rental books on CD. 

It’s basically like a Netflix program for books.   What a great idea!   I have purchased books on CD in the past and they range in cost from $15-$45 and every single time I listen to them once and then give them away or throw them on a shelf in the basement.

This way you get to listen to the newest releases and then return them when you’re finished.   I wish they offered something like this in the states.   I’d probably subscribe!   Those smart Brits…they always come up with good ideas.   Look at American Idol and Hell’s Kitchen!
