Tonight was so much fun! Our friends Kim, Chris, and their kids Cricket and Fisher came over to play Wii. Laura joined us too! We had delicious thai food courtesy of the Michaels family and then played Wii sports, Zelda, and this surgeon game!
Right now Margot and LuLu are downstairs playing surgery! I don’t know how hard it is — but I ended up killing a few people and getting frustrated. Of course we do have it on the easy setting.
Yikes.

When I was in high school and even in college I always had the best radio and speakers put in my car. Even now in the good ole family Honda CRV I have a Pioneer CD player, a Pioneer 250 watt amp, and I used to have a nice 250 watt set of Pioneer subs in my trunk!
Now, of course there are much cooler things out there - many of which I can’t afford. One of course is Digital Radio. Digital Radio allows you to get thousands of stations at the touch of a button.
In fact, a new guide has been launched called the radio guide that helps buyers uncover the truths about radio technology.
There’s so much more out there these days than when I was into radios and stereo equipment!

Today was quite the experience. As many of you know, I’m subbing! Let’s just say I had an awesome time today. The kids were great. The administation seems really nice and I’m sure to go back for another hit sometime soon!

But we did indeed find that the only shape we’re in is butternut. This morning I woke up and my right elbow and left knee hurt. I just might have a little bit of the Nintendinitis! We do have to be careful–last night Graem wanted to be part of the action, and her head is right at the height of the swinging Wiimote.
We have a bad parent night playdate set up tonight: my friend Kim is bringing her kids over along with some takeout, so we can Wii!

We do love the rebates and coupons–I finally purchased the USB hard drive I’ve been talking about for two months or so, and wish I had had a coupon. Ebates.com is an online portal that has rebates, cash back offers and coupons for use on hundreds of online retailers such as Barnes & Noble, Target, Staples, Gap.com, Nordstrom, and Dell. Rebates and cash back offers vary from 5% to 25%, so on a large purchase, that can make a difference!
For the socially-conscious folks among us, Ebates now has a charitable giving program for rebates. Being that it’s almost the end of the fiscal year, this might be a good way to make up the charitable giving we’ve all put off for the entire year. It’s money you would have spent anyway, so it won’t be missed.
