Trying to keep someone IN timeout

Mmm…churning.

To churn or not to churn….’tis the question.

Companies probably hate me cause I’ll be the first to admit…I’ll go with whatever is cheap!   Most recently I had it out with Time Warner.   After having full cable with DVR, Showtime, and Roadrunner for under $100 they tried to take that away from me!   (Or at least charge me $50 more per month!)

The technician came knocking at my door one sunny afternoon and to my dismay he said that we were connect to “upper” cable for the wrong rate!

At that point I spoke to every manager at the local Time Warner office and after threatening to move to Direct TV and taking my $100 per month elsewhere they hooked me up again!

So give it up for Time Warner — willing to keep a customer happy at the expense of losing me to Direct TV.
