Grammy said “ball” tonight, while playing with her big purple ball. Her latest fave is to sit on the ball and bounce on it, with some assistance. She especially enjoys bouncing herself aimlessly while I stretch to catch her.
She seems to be saying “bop” a lot lately, and in reference to the dog or cats. I’m not quite sure what it means.
Graem is capable of following directions, but often chooses not to. At a recent study at the Cornell infant lab, Graem was asked to put the cat in the basket, to which she grabbed the cat even more firmly and grunted. During the followup study today, she held the cat and shook her head “no” when asked to put the cat in the basket. She was compliant with the book and shoe, which have fallen in rank of her favorite things.
